WHITE MANHATTAN
➡️2.0 oz White (un-aged) Whiskey
➡️1.0 oz Blanc Vermouth
➡️2 dashes Orange Bitters
➡️Garnish: Lemon peel or brandied cherry
➡️Glass: Stemmed cocktail glass, such as a coupe or Nick-and-Nora
➡️To Make: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice until well-chilled (about 30 revolutions). Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass, then garnish with the lemon peel or brandied cherry.
