A cloth is lodged in her mouth, medications are unopened, and hotel records show limited activity. Her death is ruled suspicious but undetermined, and her family is still seeking answers.
🔹 Jennifer Cahill-Shadle — Known as Jenny, the 48-year-old mother of three disappears from State College in May 2014 after being seen leaving Walmart and possibly seeking help nearby later that night.
