This video has all the information you need to make your own shena board. The taxte-ye šeno is used in the Zurxāne in Iranfor push ups and helps build immense dynamic strength.
The top board is 19 inches long, 2.5 inches wide, and a little under 1 inch deep. The feet are 2 inches wide, 2 inches deep, and 5.5 long at the bottom.
