ER 4200 Fully Automatic Carpet Washing Machine

This carpet washing machine, also known as rug washing machine or rug washer, can wash carpets up to 4.20 meters width. There is no limit for the length. Alternatively, you are able to wash multiple carpets at the same time. It is completely made of 304 quality stainless steel (INOX) therefore cannot be rusted by water and various chemicals used in carpet cleaning. There is a belt speed control feature which makes it possible to wash dirtier or cleaner carpets slower or faster.

Firstly, carpets to be washed should be put into the washing tub. This will help the brushes for more impact. Also, stains and dirt will be softened and dissolved, making the carpet easier to wash.

Next, the carpets are placed onto conveyor belt. Bottom cleaning brush starts to remove hair and dirt under the carpet. Later, carpet shampoo will be poured onto the carpet through disc brushes. The brushes work automatically when the carpet is detected by the sensors. Second line of brushes, cylindrical brush and rinsing system also work with the same principle. Once the carpet skips the step of washing, the system will stop automatically.

The rinsing will be performed with 80 - 120 bar pressure. The pressurized rinsing system also performs as a squeegee. Rinsing system does not only rinse surface of the carpet, but also the bottom side. The carpet will be rolled automatically. The rinsing system will also stop working once the machine finishes the rolling process. Finally, the carpet will be ready for wringing.

ER 4200 can fit inside a 20' DC container easily and it comes in one piece. If required, it can be shipped in parts.
