Tramore is the summer capital of Ireland. It is located in Co. Waterford. This area is infamous to people in Ireland who would want to have the pleasure of the beach and to have the enjoyment of carnivals, carousels and the likes. Of course the food!
We're lucky to live about 7-10 kms away from the area. This time, we got to experience having this new food truck "TOMATTI" owned by Antonio and Anna who are lively and great with customers. They believed that their passion and love for what they produce is what makes their customers energised on top of their fantastico pizza ingredients. Their pizzas are not ready made but instead made as you order which made me wanted to eat. The doughs are critically done by Antonio whereby he ferments them for 24 hours as he mentioned. Dropby their food truck named "Samantha" and see the beauty.
For ye guys wanting to come down to Waterford, make sure you comeby Tramore and experience the summer capital of Ireland. You won't be disappointed. :)
