Here today presenting Bajre ke laddu(Pearl milet sweet laddu) recipe
Bajra is dry and hot in nature ,it is rich in protein, antioxidants,good in digestion contains Vitamin B, magnisium, Potassium and calcium.Also it helps in weight loss.
Pearl Millet is gluten free ,so healthier option for diebetic people.
This is really very healthy if consumed in winter season as the ingredients include
Pearl Millet(Bajra) 500 gm
Jeggery (gud) 250 gm
Ghee 125 gm(half of jeggery)
Recipe
step 1 :First make the Bajra flour dough with some lukewarm water,also put some milk cream
tep 2: knead the dough for a while till it becomes soft
Step 3:Make small balls with the dough
step 4:Bake the balls at 230 degree in a preheated oven with both side heating on for 20 minute.s Turn in between if needed
Step 5: Again bake for 10 to 15 minutes till completely baked
Step 6:Once it is cooled completely,grind ot corasely
Step 7: heat the ghee in a pan and add jeggery then off the flame.It will be melted,then add this to the corasely grinded mixture
Step 6:Make the laddus
