More spring migration and birding in southwest Hokkaido, Japan.
We took a short trip last week and stayed in a cabin on a campsite in Oshamambe and checked the nearby coast for passage shorebirds.
Birds featured in this video include Brown-headed Thrush, Japanese Thrush, Grey-headed Woodpecker, Chestnut-cheeked Starling, Oriental Pratincole, Spotted Redshank, Dunlin, Sanderling, Red-necked Stint, Grey-tailed Tattler and Kentish Plover.
All photos and clips taken In Hakodate with a Canon R5 and either an EF 500 f/4L M2 or RF 600 f/11 lens.
