It’s the morning of November 27, 2025, and I arrive in the forest a little later than usual.
Today’s “Nyang-i Forest Breakfast Table” records the roll call of two families.
Four of the original five forest siblings are waiting on the path when I come up the hill.
When I call their names, they take turns climbing onto the feeding table and start eating eagerly.
