For years I tried to make the perfect ham salad, and after numerous attempts (and epic failures) I finally succeeded!
One of the keys to this ham salad is the texture, which I believe needs to be almost like a paste. In my opinion, this can only be achieved by the use of a food processor, so if you don't have access to one, be prepared to put in some serious chopping time.
This ham salad can be enjoyed on a sandwich, on a cracker, or simply with a fork!
For low carb option, consider dill relish instead of sweet relish and eliminate or reduce agave nectar.
