The Northeast Monsoon had brought along continuous downpours which caused many areas in Malaysia to be submerged in floods and increased its level of severity as well. Tzu Chi Volunteers were promptly mobilized to perform disaster relief operations at two Siamese (Buddhist) Temples located in the Tumpat district, Kelantan. They faced many challenges but through the dedication and the unwavering support and courage from both Tzu Chi Volunteers and Villagers, both of them gave it their all to exert a sense of hope and comfort in these troubling times.
