Dr. Ji Buethe stepped in on behalf of Dr. Christos Georgiades and Dr. Malcolm Brock to discuss a form of dysautonomia known as hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis is categorized as over-excessive sweating to the point of great intrusion in someone's everyday life. In some patients, it can affect every single thing they do. Dr. Buethe describes a new treatment method called sympatholysis that hopes to correct this frustrating condition. This lecture was given at the October 25th CSF Chapter meeting at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
