if this is your first time taking my class, here are some helpful notes:
try to find a spacious area with flooring (not too hard or rough).
stand facing your device and mirror my movements.
rewind and rewatch as many times as you need, as well as make adjustments if you wish.
don't be too hard on yourself and have fun!
