Walnut cookies recipe. 核桃酥饼。 CNY cookies. 新年饼。
Walnut Cookies
Ingredients:
220g Low protein flour
30g Ground Almond
100g Chopped Walnut
3g Baking powder
2g Baking Soda
1g Salt
1nos Egg
80g Castor sugar
120g Corn oil
Black sesame
Steps:
1) Bake the Walnut at 140c for 10mins. Let it cool and chop/blend the Walnut.
2) Add in Corn oil and Castor sugar into a mixing bowl, mix well.
3) Add in an egg, mix well.
4) Add in low protein flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground almond. Mix well.
5) Add in chopped walnut. Mix all the ingredients well incorporate and form a dough.
6) Take out a small portion (around 10g) shape it into a small ball.
7) Press a small indentation in the middle, sprinkle some black sesame.
8) Bake in a preheat oven 160c for 25 minutes.
This recipe yields about 60 cookies.

核桃酥饼
材料:

100克 核桃碎
3克 泡打粉
2克 苏打粉
1克 盐
1颗 鸡蛋
80克 细砂糖
120 玉米油
黑芝麻
做法:
1)核桃放进预热烤箱140度10分钟。待冷再把核桃切碎/打碎。
2)把玉米油和细砂糖加入碗里,混合均匀。
3)加入鸡蛋,混合均匀。
4)加入中低筋面粉,泡打粉,苏打粉, 盐和杏仁粉。混合均匀。
5)加入花核桃碎,搅拌均匀至成团。
6)取出小团(约10克)搓成小圆球。
7)中间按上一个坑,撒上黑芝麻。
8)放入预热烤箱160度25分钟。
这个食谱可做出大约60块饼
