Small update:
i re added the older code with some optimization so you can race fast in both directions cpus wont race fast unless they use a boost. but you wont have very good off road or be able to drift with the older code though use a good offroad kart like egg1 or the dry bomber .

Bullet bill speed modifier:
(replace the XX with a number (0d is 300cc. FF is max) if theres a reason to go even faster change the 1AXX to a 19XX and add your value to replace the XX.

It has been completely optimized and overhauled by me.

This code uses a custom ASM patch/exploit to modify two addresses in the ARM9 address range (normally not accessible by AR). you will still need the bullet bill speed modifier to go faster with bullet bill using this code.
