The water was cold but very refreshing. Bring water shoes as the rocks are very slippery if you try to go barefoot. The staffers are very helpful in navigating tricky situations and even helped the kids on the steeper parts. Took about an hour in total, and it was very crowded. We didn't get a personal tour guide, and we were fine without it. Great fun, recommend!
