I've been a very big fan of The Cure since about 1985 and have played some of their songs here in my Channel. I love the way Simon Gallup plays the bass and have always been very impressed by him. The fact that they are releasing new material after such a long time really surprised me. I was even more surprised that this single is again characterised by such a killer bass riff from Simon. A great song and so I had to play it. My Harley Benton Bass sounds a little bit jazzy, so really different to Simon Gallup's Bass. The song is not that easy to play as it seems to be.
