I call this flow, "Single Strap, Single Spring, Single Side"! I love this as a main block of class, so I can add on any warmup and cooldown. You can easily change your single spring setting for any exercise, and maybe add ankle or wrists weights to up the challenge? Thanks for working out with me! P.S. I forgot to film the small leg circles on the 2nd side because my glutes were burning- add them back in! Thanks for working out with me!
