Reeves 'architect of her own misfortune', as Shadow Chancellor slams her 'emergency budget'

Shadow Chancellor Mel Stride says the "emergency budget" has brought Rachel Reeves "to a cold, hard reckoning".

Stride says the country was growing at the fastest rate in the G7 "only about a year ago" but warns Reeves has "failed to control spending and borrowing to date".
