This video from the Epping Ongar Railway's diesel gala on the Friday. Luckily I avoided the chaos that occurred on the Saturday for my video. I will not go into too much details but basically 50021 failed causing a significant delay and several altered services. At least it meant there was technically a bonus double header in the form of 47635 rescuing 50021 and its stranded coaches. What a turn of events for my first shift as a qualified guard (he says when in fact he spent most of the day chilling out doing brake van rides).
This gala featured the following:
Class 20 20048
Class 20 20227 "Sherlock Holmes"
Class 47 47635 "Jimmy Milne"
Class 50 50021 "Rodney" or "Dave" as Trigger would say
Class 03 D2170 (03170)
Class 08 08114
