1. Firstly, you need to manually roll a circle.
Enter “Manual page”, enter the plate thickness at “Clamping” valve.
For example, in the video, we enter 1.5. In manual page, you do not need to enter plate length.
Then you can lift up the bottom roll to clamp the plate.
After the upper and bottom roll clamp the plate, we lower down the right roll. You can see that there is a section of plate exposed between the two rollers. We need to rotate the upper roller to retract the plate a little bit (but need to make sure the rolls can clamp the plate of course), so that in the following rolling operation, there will be no straight edges. If you want to retract the plate, you push the upper roll button leftward on the controller.

2. Then we begin to pre-bend:
When you want to pre-bend, you need to lift up the left roll, but the lift position is based on the worker’s rolling experience. The rolling machine is not like a cnc press brake, it need operator has experience. And you need to record the left roll position data.

3. Rolling a circle:
When you roll the plate, you push the upper roll button rightward on the controller. Then you lift up the right roll. The right roll determines if you can perfectly roll a circle. If you think your circle is not good, you can push upper roll button leftward to retract the plate a little bit and then lift up the right roll more, and rotate the up roll again, till you get the good result. Then after you get the perfect result, you need to record all the data.
Then you push turn over device button, and take out the plate.

4. Auto:
After you manually roll the plate, you get all the data. You can storage the data in the controller, which easy for you to use next time. You choose rolling circle page, and input all data at “alignment material”, and at “current right roll” you input the data in green area. Then you select “parameter storage” and then click “upload”. Then click “Formula naming”. Then you click “download”, and enter “Auto page”, input formula name, change to automatic gear position and click “automatic start”.
