Nadine Lee is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, composer, and musical director whose work blends emotional honesty, depth, and authenticity. A professional drummer, bass player, and vocalist, Nadine Lee is known for powerful live performances and a career that spans music, theatre, film, and live collaboration.

Nadine has worked with world-class artists and institutions including Lizzo, Stormzy, Annie Lennox, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, P Diddy, London Community Gospel Choir, and many more. Her theatre credits include productions at Shakespeare’s Globe, The Old Vic, National Theatre, Bristol Old Vic, Leeds Playhouse, and The Watermill Theatre, where she has served as drummer, bassist, composer, musical director, and arranger.

Her film appearance includes The Man in the Hat, where she appears as herself, leading the Nadine Lee Band.

For Nadine Lee, music is more than rhythm or melody — it’s a form of truth, storytelling, and emotional connection. Her sound reflects lived experience, resilience, and creative honesty.

Her latest EP, Her Story, is a powerful body of work inspired by the real-life experiences of women — starting again, resilience, being overlooked, love, healing, self-worth, and finding your voice. The project also honours Black women pioneers and innovators whose cultural contributions have often been erased or unrecognised.

Beyond the music, Her Story is a movement. Across London, Nadine is taking the themes of the EP into the real world — showing up for women through acts of visibility, appreciation, and care, including gifting flowers and curated self-care packages as a public statement of acknowledgement.
