Bullet Packaging with Batchmaster IV from Batching Systems, Inc

4 Batchmaster IV counters feeding exact count of bullets into a tub. Each floor level hopper / elevator feed contains 2 counting systems. The counter count the product and dispense it into tubs to be packaged. The conveyor cycles the staged tubs into the filling station and releases them after they are filled. The counters can run a wide range of product from 1/8” to 2”x4” long. The conveyor has tool-less adjustments that will allow you to run boxes, tubs and jars ranging from 2”x2”x2” up to 12”x12x12”.
