Gunman Targets NFL in Deadly Shooting; Dollar Climbs to Five-Week High | Bloomberg Brief 7/29/2025

The gunman who killed at least four people and himself at a Midtown Manhattan office tower was targeting the NFL, according to law enforcement officers. US equity futures edge higher after hitting another record with the dollar climbing to a five-week high. The US and EU are rushing to lock in their trade deal before the tariff deadline.
