Mail Art Week! Envelope No. 4 - Colorful Clouds & Masked Name

Happy Thursday! I love today's envelope--it's so happy and colorful! For my fourth installment of Mail Art Week, I created an ink blended and masked "rainbow cloud." I used the Slimline Ribbon and Lace Border dies from Sunny Studio to create the scallop edge. I also used the Hayley Uppercase and Hayley Lowercase dies to create the masks for Alison's name.
