I'm going to go into depth on my Keihin PWK 38 Carb off of my 2003 Suzuki RM250. This carb has had major issues since I got the bike. Initially, I tried rejetting it, A LOT, but ended up putting a Lectron Pro 38 on it for the last few months. I found the mid body (jet block) gasket was completely shot. The bike was still not running great even after this and more jetting changes so I'm going back to the Lectron for now.
