NCSFR (The Northwest Center for Small Fruits Research) is a research consortium established to increase the sustainability and profitability of berry, grape, and wine industries in the Pacific Northwest of the United States of America.
NCSFR was established in 1992, and its administrative headquarters are located in Corvallis, Oregon with major research programs at Oregon State University, Washington State University, University of Idaho, and USDA-ARS. For nearly 30 years, the Northwest Center for Small Fruits Research has been addressing the challenges of growing small fruits in the Pacific Northwest by creating a multistate partnership of government, university, and private researchers. Impacts of the Center have changed the way fruit is grown in the region enhancing the efficiency and economic sustainability of all growers.
