This video showcases the punching process in a rack upright production line, which is one of the most important stages before roll forming. In this process, the steel strip is automatically fed into the hydraulic punching machine, where multiple holes and slots are accurately punched according to the rack upright design.

Our punching line is equipped with a servo feeder for precise coil feeding and an automatic hydraulic press that ensures stable and accurate hole positioning, even during high-speed production. Each punching mold is custom-designed according to the customer's required upright hole pattern — such as teardrop, butterfly, or oval shapes — which allows for perfect compatibility with beam connectors in warehouse shelving systems.
