These mini baked apple rose tarts are so beautiful and easy to make. So delicious but not overly sweet!
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (or you can use home-made)
2 large red skinned apples
Cinnamon sugar (4 tbsp sugar mixed with 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 medium to large lemon
water
