Thought I could find a way to grab the final coin from AltarOfDelirium's previous record, and managed to do just that with a precise wallkick. With a perfect runthrough of this strategy I estimate that you can have about 5 seconds left on the timer at the end.
The next step for this would potentially be to connect the enemies on top of the bridge to the 4 octoombas below it. This would, however, require you to either get from the bottom to the top with a wallkick, spingrabbing the coins at the bottom as you go, or run all the way back to the goomba furthest back and go down again from there. Both of these methods seemed to take too long, however, causing you to not have time to finish the route.
