How to set up a “Turning Round” sequence using Vectric Aspire. The same process can be used on any of the Vectric products that support the Rotary. Video is running “Real Time”. Programming the 1.5” x 1.5” x 12” part runs from 0:00 to 03:27, on the timeline. Cutting the part is from 03:27 to 04:20. On my Legacy Maverick CNC, in the video; the feed/speed cutting the peaks = 350 IPM/16K RPM. The Rounding Toolpath = 2500 IPM/16K RPM.
