When Dooley the dogcatcher loses his job for catching the mayors dog, the boss hires his son Junior, who turns out totally inept at the job. He captures both dogs AND cats, including Sonja! It's up to Heathcliff to prove to try and get Junior fired and get Dooley back!
Hector, Wordsworth and Mungo went to the beach, only to discover when they return that the Cadillac has been taken. To cheer them up, Riff Raff takes them to the circus... and they discover the Cadillac was there - and converted to a clown car!
