Asiana Airlines is one of two South Korean airlines that may fly under the radar for many. However this will be about to change with the impending merger with Korean Air. This means it will soon leave Star Alliance and join SkyTeam.

Like many of its South East Asian counterpart’s Asiana shares a reputation for great attentive service. So where does this stand? Can it actually be a 5* airline given it’s more dated seats?
