Getting Up Close and Personal with Sharks at the Lanzarote Aquarium in Costa Teguise

As soon as I arrived at the Aquarium, I was immediately struck by the stunning architecture of the building. It's designed to blend in with its natural surroundings, and the use of locally sourced materials only adds to its charm.

Upon entering the Aquarium, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who gave me a map and explained all the different exhibits I could visit. There's so much to see and do here, it's hard to know where to start!

One of my favorite exhibits was the tropical fish tank, which is home to a vibrant array of colorful species. I spent a good amount of time just watching the fish swim and dart through the water. It was truly mesmerizing.

Another highlight of my visit was the shark tank. I've always been fascinated by these incredible creatures, and seeing them up close was an unforgettable experience. The Aquarium has a variety of shark species on display, including hammerheads and nurse sharks. It's an incredible opportunity to learn more about these amazing animals and understand their importance in the ecosystem.

In addition to the fish and shark exhibits, there are also a number of interactive experiences available at the Aquarium. You can touch starfish and sea urchins in the tidal pool, or even participate in a feeding session with the stingrays.
