Bails after winning the Toss decided to bat first. Wicket was not well prepared and also not properly rolled in, hence bearing lot of turn for spin bowlers. Pace men Nomi started exceptionally well for Al Noor and removed Bails opener Majid Sialvi in his opening over. Ali Abid (a solid and mature player for Bails) walked in at one down. Nomi in his second over also got rid of Imtiaz who gifted away his wicket by playing a total irresponsible shot. Bails were in trouble when Al Noor left arm spinners were in action. Asif LARA, Farooq and Sibtain ran through the middle order and Bails kept on losing wickets on regular intervals. On the other hand Ali Abid resisted well and struck three huge sixes. He scored 48 runs of 55 balls. Then it was the turn of Amir Bhatti who claimed three wickets and gave away on 12 runs. Danish Mughal played a little cameo of 20 not out at the end and Bails managed to reach 135 runs. Al Noor bowling analysis were Amir Bhatti 3 wickets, Nomi 2 wickets, Sibtain 2 wicket and Asif LARA, Farooq and Haji Ikram shared a wicket each.
Bails has to defend 135 runs in 30 overs. Amir Bhatti and Abbasi walked in to chase down the target. Bhatti was explosive and hot Farrukh three fours in the opening over. Ehsan Malik shared the new ball with him and got rid of Abbasi in his opening over courtesy Bilal who took an excellent catch. Bilal Azeem also stuck in his first over and got rid of Al Noor Captain Khurrum Pointing. Amir Bhatti played a very good knock and kept on melting runs. Bails spinners showed some exuberance and took some quick wickets. Mumtaz Hassan once again bowled his heart out and took three wickets, whereas Danish Mughal was substantial in the field and grabbed three catches. Bails managed to collect 08 Al Noor wickets; however it was not enough for Bails to win the title. Second innings summary Amir Bhatti scored 45 runs of 46 balls. Asif Lara scored 25 runs. Mumtaz Hassan took 3 three wickets, Farrukh 2 wickets and Ehsan Malik, Bilal Azeem and Ali Abid shared a wicket each. Al Noor completed the chase in 29 overs and lost 08 wickets.
Amir Bhatti with his all-round performance was the obvious choice for the MAN of the MATCH.
AL NOOR won the FINAL MATCH by 2 wickets.
