Snorkelling the Whitsunday Islands | Whitehaven Beach | Snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef Australia

In this adventure we explore the amazing Whitsunday Islands off Airlie Beach. We journey to Whitehaven beach and explore the fringing reefs with some amazing shallow water snorkelling. We went with Zig Zag tours and had such an amazing time!

Please note the stinger suits: we went in late January when there are stingers around with a high chance of being stung. Stingers, including Irukandji jellyfish can be very dangerous (and in some cases leading to death) so it's advised to wear a suit to prevent severe stings.

BUT we had such an amazing time exploring the Great Barrier reef and are very keen to one day do the outer reef!
