신축 입주하는 대단위 아파트단지 평촌자이아이파크 둘러보기

오늘(2021. 12. 31)부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트 평촌자이아이파크 단지를 둘러봅니다. 평촌자이아이파크 아파트는 경기도 안양시 동안구 비산동 515-2 일대에 위치하고 있으며 지하철 1호선 안양역에서 도보 10여분 거리에 있는 역세권 아파트입니다. 대림대학교가 아파트 단지 앞에 있으며 안양동초등학교와 암곡중학교가 지근거리에 있습니다. 또한 안양천과 학의천이 인근에 흐르고 있어 자연친화적인 환경 속에 위치해 있습니다. 임곡 3구역을 재개발한 평촌자이아이파크 아파트는 총 22개동 2,737가구로 구성된 매머드급 아파트단지입니다.

We walk around a new apartment complex in Anyang City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. As the name of apartment is Pyeongchon Xi IPark, it was constructed by GS Construction and Hyundai Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from today Dec. 31, 2021. It can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from Anyang Subway Station, Line 1. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
