14 days of Street Photography in Japan

We finally made it folks, my last Japan vlog in this series. Traveling around Japan for the last 2 weeks has taught me a lot about my photography and dare I say even improved it. In this vlog I spend my last day walking around all over Tokyo, experiencing the magical Team Labs Planets to finding the famous hidden alleyway known as Memory Lane. I had a wonderful time in Japan and gained so much insight on my style of street photography. While this might be the last Japan Vlog for now there will definitely be more to come!

Here are 5 points on what I learned in my 14 days in Japan and why I found it as such a great place for street photography:
1. The street's are very clean! (I actually appreciated this a lot for photography, not so much for when I wanted to find a trash bin)
2. Many store front signs are very clean and even eye catching or larger than life similar to Times Square.
3. The mix of traditional and modern architecture. Japan has a mix of elegant traditional architecture, but also many modern buildings that have unique interiors and exterior designs. Almost every shop looks unique!
4. There is constant contrast that can be found almost everywhere.
5. Exposing yourself to unique/unfamiliar culture.
