How to Adjust Scrub Cap Pattern Pieces for a Better Fit

Follow this tutorial to learn how to adjust your scrub cap pattern pieces for a larger (or smaller) head circumference.

*UPDATE*
For the standard (short hair) cap, you should subtract 3” from your initial circumference measurement instead of 1”.
When adding to the CAP TOP piece, the point is to distribute the amount you are adding between width and length somehow. How you do that—how much you add to one vs. the other—depends on your personal preference.

I provide my patterns to you free of charge, but please limit their use to personal use, not for profit. Even just altering the words on the pattern for resale purposes, or taking my pattern and mass producing them constitutes Copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited.
