How to make a massive book without sewing! Let's diy a self care journal in this mini tome like notebook. I drew inspiration from Book of Shadows style of notetaking and journaling by making sections for aspects of my selfcare routine.

This is a super easy bookmaking tutorial that only requires your favorite papers, glue, cheap notebooks, and creativity. I include bookbinding tips for beginners and share some collaging tips for art journal and junk journal beginners.
