這是一款簡單但鬆軟味美的麵包,稍作一些改動便可以有很多變化,例如減些糖,用水代替部分或全部牛奶,出來的麵包可用作漢堡包或三文治用;又或者放些餡料又可以做出不同風味的麵包。
材料:
高筋麵粉450g
鹽8g
糖80g
乾酵母8g
牛奶220g
雞蛋1隻
蛋白1隻
無鹽牛油20g
煮食油20g
蛋醬:
蛋黃1隻
牛奶2茶匙
糖2茶匙
This is a simple but soft and delicious bread, just make some slightly changes, there would be many options. For example, reduce some sugar, use water to substitute part or all milk, the outcoming bread would be good for making hamburger or sandwiches; or put some stuffings then different type or breads could be produced.
Ingredients:
Strong Bread Flour 450g
Salt 8g
Sugar 80g
Dry Yeast 8g
Milk 220g
Egg 1pc
Egg White 1pc
Unsalted Butter 20g
Cooking Oil 20g
Egg Wash:
Egg Yolk 1pc
Milk 2tsp
Sugar 2stp
