🍋 Ingredients
Pasta:
• 12 oz rigatoni
Sauce:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 fresh sage leaves
• 3–6 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
• 1½ cups heavy cream
• 2 oz Parmesan, grated
• Salt & black pepper, to taste

🍳 How to Make It
1️⃣ Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Save some pasta water before draining.
2️⃣ Warm olive oil in a large skillet and fry the sage leaves for about 30 seconds to release their aroma.
3️⃣ Add the garlic, stirring until fragrant.
4️⃣ Pour in the heavy cream, lemon zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce gently simmer until it thickens slightly.
5️⃣ Add the cooked rigatoni and grated Parmesan. Toss well, adding splashes of pasta water until the sauce becomes silky and smooth.
6️⃣ Serve with extra lemon zest and Parmesan on top.
