In that last video I showed a step by step guide on how to do a personal training consultation. This video is a full or sample personal training consultation, so both of these two videos should be used together to get the full picture.

Personal training consultations are something that you need to master quickly if you’re going to be successful. If you’re trying to sell personal training packages, or really just high ticket personal training in general, the sales skills we go over in this video are essential.

Using the strategies and forms shown in this video, and the previous consultation/sales one, I’ve been able to build a very successful personal training business where we have over 100 clients, and ever increasing income.

Being good at training consultations and sales in general is one of the primary reasons behind our success. We aren’t big on trying to overcome objections. Although, it can work, we find that we don’t have to do that.

We simply present as much value as possible during the initial consultation and really go above and beyond when it comes to building rapport. If you have a good and consistent sales process, you will have a major advantage in these initial meetings.
