Charles Duhigg coined the term Keystone Habits in his book "The Power Of Habits." We will discuss four positive Keystone Habits that can change your life and two negative habits that can ruin it.

We will start with the first positive habit, which is exercising. We will take the example of Rahul, who used to spend his entire day playing video games and smoking. However, he decided to make a change in his life and joined a nearby gym. Within a few weeks of exercising, he noticed that his craving for cigarettes reduced, and he started sleeping better, which increased his productivity at work. With an increase in productivity, he received a promotion and an increase in income.

Furthermore, to achieve better results in the gym, he started to eat a healthy diet, which led to better physical health and appearance. As a result, he gained more confidence and attracted more people towards him, leading to a beautiful girlfriend, a good job, and better investments.

Exercise is a keystone habit that can lead to several positive changes in your life.
