A few of the TTC’s destination stewardship collaborators and leaders are gathering for an open conversation about change management and impact-driven leadership in destinations. We will use radical conversation techniques, like the Socratic Circle model, to get into some rich dialogue and move away from the pre-scripted panel approach.
