CNW- Nelson, Illinois 2 westbounds meet on the main by coaling tower

CNW- Nelson winter snowstorm- only 1 interlocking (crossover) is free from ice etc- 3 trains wait

CNW- Nelson business train w/ GP50 sequence- thru wye and highballs back to Chicago

CNW- wb coal train on control siding pulls under coaling tower w/ new (in 1990 and to this trackside observer) GE # 8509
then a surprise meet at grade crossing!!! (8 biz cars)

CNW- Dixon, Ill. local job working industrial park (Warps Flex-O- Glass) then to cement plant (street running)

CNW- Dixon job daylight run on Sunday

CNW- Sterling Il on Rock River "land bridge"

CNW- many Soo Line detours (w/SOO cabooses) thru Nelson.

Soo Line- chase sequence- eb from rural no illinois into bensenville- new SD60 in red paint
