Assorted Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Milk 100 grams
Sugar 30 grams
Egg yolks 2
Cream cheese 100 grams
Gelatin powder 8grams
Oil cream 200grams
Blueberries 100grams
Tea cake 3 steps
Method:
Mix milk and sugar and heat it a little. Now add egg yolk to it. When it gets a little warm, remove it and add gelatin powder. Then whip cream cheese and whipping cream and add it. After that, chop the blueberries very finely and mix it in and make a mixture.
Now cut the prepared tea cake into three layers. Place the first layer at the bottom and pour the blueberry mixture on it. Then place the second layer and pour the blueberry mixture. After that, place the third layer and pour the blueberry mixture. Put blueberries on top and add gelatin.


Vanilla Cake with Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
Oil 250 ml
Eggs 7
Sugar 375 grams
Water 50 ml
Baking powder 15 grams
Flour 350 grams
Lemon essence as required
Cocoa powder 10 grams
Method:
First, mix 4 eggs, sugar and 125 ml oil and make it fluffy. Then add flour, lemon essence and baking powder to it. Now add water to it and mix it well. Now put it in a 7-inch or square mold and dust it lightly with cocoa powder. After that, add the remaining mixture on top and bake. For the butter frosting, mix the butter and sugar well and make it fluffy. Now add some cream cheese to it and decorate the top of the cake.
