Blackpool Illuminations Behind The Scenes Tour - Lightworks Factory, Archives & MORE!

Join us as we go behind the scenes of the World famous Blackpool Illuminations! In this exclusive video we step inside the Lightworks Factory and take you on a detailed tour behind the scenes of this huge display. Throughout the video we'll be joined by the creative team behind Blackpool Illuminations as they share fascinating information about how the display comes together.

Along with that we'll be stepping into the archives and delving into the history of the Illuminations, learning more about Lightpool and also helping to create a secret piece for the 2022 display! Also, we head out onto the promenade to help maintain the lights ready for switch on night!

This year’s display will be shining for an extra two months from 3 September 2021 to 3 January 2022 and we can't wait to experience them. Thank you to the team at Lightworks for inviting us to take you along for this special tour!
