In today’s video, you’ll see a two-part session. In the first part, I performed a back exam with @AmberTherapyASMR who has been experiencing some back and shoulder pain. I conducted a thorough check on her back and shoulders, made some adjustments, and finished with a relaxing hair-pulling therapy to help relieve her stress and discomfort.
For the second part, I’ve included a cardiovascular assessment for you to enjoy and unwind even more.
