Wishing you all a wonderful 2026 To kick off the new year, I’m sharing this peaceful Christmas Eve walk through one of my favorite parts of London: Marylebone Village.
This Christmas Eve walking tour was filmed in Marylebone Village, one of the most calm and charming areas of London.
The day before Christmas Eve, I was heading home from another filming session. Instead of taking transport, I decided to walk through Marylebone. The moment I left the noise of Oxford Street and stepped into James Street, everything felt different. It was peaceful, warm, and very pleasant.
As I continued, the streets became quieter. You could still feel the energy of people doing their Christmas shopping, but without the loud crowds. The mix of festive lights and beautiful shop windows created a special atmosphere that truly lifted my mood.
I couldn’t film that day because my camera battery was dead, but I promised myself to return on Christmas Eve at the same time to capture this walk for you.
London has many famous spots like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and the City markets which were all amazing this year. However, Marylebone felt different to me. There is no big Christmas market here, but the area feels calm, cozy, and genuinely nice.
