The Skoda Superb Combi iV (Plug-In Hybrid) MY20 fails the moose test. 72 km/h is the approval limit, and the VW does not reach it. The competitors (see video) are approved with a good margin.

Since then many, many cars have passed the test, but quite many have also failed, some of them by performing the evasive maneuver really bad, for example the Toyota Hilux (twice) and the RAV4, the Jeep Grand Cherokee and many more.
